[Samba] Clear all configuration of an ADC

Hi
We don't know how you installed it. If it's an installation from the
source then removing:
/usr/local/samba/etc/smb.conf
should be enough to try the provision again
better too to remove:
/usr/local/samba/private
and the best of all:
/usr/local/samba
and:
make install
