Hello Fabian,

did you eventually solve this problem? I am trying to install three differen
t kyocera printers in a company and I'm having exactly the same problem with
all of them.

Also, I cannot install the printer drivers in the way as it is described
here: https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Samba_as_a_print_server

If I try to add a kyocera driver as described in this description, I do
always get the following error message: "The folder you specified doesn't
contain a compatible software driver for your device. if the folder contains
a driver, make sure it is designed to work with Windows for x64-based
systems". Seems to be one of those windows messages that lead to a complete
wrong direction.

I could successfully install drivers from other manufacturers - "Zebra"
especially.

Any help is very appreciated

Rüdiger
