[Samba] Problem browsing shares on 4.1.4 (Ubuntu 12.04)

Oops. I forgot a problem. If the ldap server(s) are not up when samba
starts clients will not be able to connect to shares unless samba is
restarted. Although this is not limited to just 4.1.4.
