[Samba] Testing Directory Replication issue

I'm follow

doc to join a samba Version 4.2.0pre1-GIT-8f4069c into a Win2008R2 AD.
Every thing is ok except that "samba-tool drs showrepl"
shows: Warning: No NC replicated for Connection!

I have no idae about it.

The following is my smb.conf:
