[Samba] Disable password complexity does not work?

IIRC, GPO's can't be used to configure Password CR on an S4 server.
[Well you can do it, but it isn't enforced properly...]

I'm not sure what would happen in a mixed S4 and Windows server AD
domain.

Again, that's IIRC - but I think that's the case.
