[Samba] cannot add dc to samba v4.1

Hi,

right now we have loaded 36000 users but concurrent users will be less.
around 8000 users

regarding samba-tool dbcheck --fix it crashed again, (with 48 GB RAM) so
now i will run it again using valgrind
