[Samba] Issue with pam_winbind not able to reset password

Hi Experts,

I am facing issue with pam_winbind. Where users are not able to reset password for domain user id. 
We have 2 sites single domain on the other site same domain we are able to rest the password using rhel.

Feb 21 18:59:01 CIVAPTC01 passwd: pam_winbind(passwd:chauthtok): request failed: Wrong Password, PAM error was Authentication failure (7), NT error was NT_STATUS_WRONG_PASSWORD
Feb 21 18:59:01 CIVAPTC01 passwd: pam_winbind(passwd:chauthtok): user 'balothiag' denied access (incorrect password or invalid membership)
Feb 21 18:59:01 CIVAPTC01 passwd: pam_winbind(passwd:chauthtok): [pamh: 0x131e7720] LEAVE: pam_sm_chauthtok returning 7
