Then, you need to start the smbd & nmbd daemons and optionally the 
winbind daemon (if you are not using nlscd or sssd), as I said, if you 
start the samba daemon, you get an Active Directory server, but as I 
presume that you haven't run samba-tool provision, you do not want that ;-)
