Hi Lukasz
Yes, and thank you so much for reminding me. It works with this:
/usr/local/samba/etc/smb.conf
[global]
...
unix extensions = No
wide links = Yes
...

and just ignore the errors which Samba4 throws. Then, the symlinks are 
followed.
