To use this, you need to enable the ntvfs file server:

server services = +smb -s3fs
dcerpc endpoint servers = +winreg +srvsvc

We need to make this more automatic, or at least show an error that would give you the clue.  Please file a bug (we should trigger it on 'ntvfs handler').
