[Samba] problem win 98 can not connect to samba

Setting "lanman auth = yes" and disabling SMB signing same as Windows 95
or applying other solutions mentioned at
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555038/en-us ,
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/811497/en-us
will solve the problem, although security is weaker.
