[Samba] bogus file times in samba 3.5.4

Easiest way is to look at the create time from a Windows system,
sorry. No easy way to unpack that EA from the UNIX side. Maybe
a new "net" command (someone else has also asked for this).

Well Samba will default to using the oldest time it can find
as the create time, as it used to do.
