[Samba] Regularly being asked for username/password

Ok .. I logged into swat and restarted all services.  winbindd is not 
running and does not start up.  After restarting all services I logged 
into the share from the vista laptop.

One more thing .. I tell the laptop to save the username and password 
and it never does.
