[Samba] samba print jobname not incrementing

Client prints one tab from a spreadsheet to the pdf printer it's
written as "smbprn_00000001_document_name.pdf", then prints another
tab and instead of receiving "smbprn_00000002_document_name.pdf" it
gets the same name overwriting the first.

Using samba-3.5.2, cups-1.4.3, and cups-pdf-2.5.0.
