Hi Karolin,

Thanks for pointing me to the direction of this bug.  However, unless I'm reading things wrong I'm not sure this bug applies to my situation.  It seems to indicate that this bug exists in the 3.4.x series, and at least in my test environment 3.4.7 seems fine.  It is only 3.5.1 where I am seeing the problem.  Also, this bug talks mostly about issues going into the Properties for a printer, while my slow down happens whenever I do anything with the printer (properties page, select printer from drop-down, actually printing a document, etc.).
