[Samba] smaller samba binaries for embedded system

someone proposed to introduce a libsambacore.so shared lib, taking most
shareable code which is not in a shared lib. I'm sure _overall_ size of samba
would be dramatically reduced with that. I fear still more than 2MB however ...
