[Samba] Samba Profil ACL

Dear List,

How can i set profil acls? 

I have these Option on my profil Share:

[profiles]
        comment = Network Profiles Service
        path = %H
        read only = No
        acl check permissions = No
        create mask = 0600
        directory mask = 0700
        profile acls = Yes

The Problem is when a new profile was generate like .msprofile they
doesnt have the default acls:

getfacl /home/test
getfacl: Removing leading '/' from absolute path names
# file: home/test/.msprofile
# owner: test
# group: Benutzer
user::rwx
group::---
other::---
default:user::rwx
default:group::---
default:other::---

backround i have set befor on /home an default acl for my backup group
like = setfacl -d -m group:backup:r-x /home

when i create some files/dirs on home from hand, i have the acls but not
on the profile DIR !

i hope anyone have an idear
