Here is what I do in my login.bat file

\\%SERVER%\NETLOGON\reg /Verbose /Set "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\ExcludeProfileDirs"="Local
Settings;Temporary Internet Files;Application Data\Mozilla;Cookies"
