[Samba] Mutiple authentication databases with Samba in ADS mode

Robert,

How do you have your PAM modules configured?  Also, your nsswitch.conf 
should allow for the order of authentication.

Double check your configuration of these against what is in the Samba 
Guidefor ADS integration -
