[Samba] uids/gids changed after upgrade from 3.021c to 3.023

That would be the problem them.  Getting the 3.0.21c
rpm from Samba.org and then running yum update samba
would break things since we store our tdb files
in /var/lib/samba and the fedora rpms use /var/cache/samba.
