[Samba] Query to find if local system is wins server

Hi Jerry,
 Thanks for your reply. You specifically mentioned
 that for the command 'net rpc service status WINS',
 samba version has to be >= 3.0.21. Does this mean
that
 there is no command/way to determine if local system
is
 WINS Server for version < 3.0.21 ?
