[Samba] Date from a file changes overwriting it

Hi everybody,

I've found an extrange behavior with Samba 3.0.10 (RHEL4). If I manually
copy a file from a XP-machine to the Samba Server, the date from the file is
maintained. But when the file already exists in the Samba Server and I
overwrite it, the date from the file changes to the present date in the
server.

Is there any way to avoid this behavior?
