[Samba] How does a user change his password?

Windows 98 - Start -> Settings -> Control Panels -> Passwords (I
think... I don't have a win98 system to look at but it could also be in
'user' control panel)

WinXP - log in... Press Control-Alt-Delete

A person that is fielding these calls and hasn't seen these
methodologies probably needs to worry a bit about job security.
