[Samba] NT_STATUS_PASSWORD_EXPIRED and smbclient

HI all.
I got NT_STATUS_PASSWORD_EXPIRED error tryng to do a  

smbclient -L //machine -U username%password

to a shared disk which has permissions to the user "username"

Note that the "username" is createn in a (win2k server) domain
controller not in the remote machine itself.

Tried changin the password, deleting/creating the user again 
and i keep getting the same message
