There should be no relationship actually.  With the introduction
of privileges in Samba 3.0.11, you don't need root any more.

What people originally did was to create a user named Administrator
with a uid of 0 and a rid of 500.  It was never really necessary.
Administrator is just a name that people were less afraid of than
root.  I just created an account named root with a different password.
