[Samba] Creating mandatory profiles (not making profiles mandatory)

I've been successuflly finghting with roaming profiles for years, but I 
haven't heard about this "service".

it is even worth to add it Samba-Official-Howto :-)
I'll recheck it, maybe it's already there.
