[Samba] 3.0.21a make fails on Mac OS X 10.4.3

Currently running 3.0.10 that comes standard with Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger).
Attempted to install 3.0.21a last night and make failed like this:

Latest update to my system was installation of gpg. Thoughts?
