[Samba] logging of transferred files

Had the same issue, it may not be possible to get samba to not use
syslog.
We got what we wanted regardless by adding:
*.*;smbd_audit.none /var/log/all.log
!smbd_audit
*.* /var/log/samba/audit.log
to syslog.conf
