[Samba] Limit directory depth

Hi,
is there any chance to limit the directory depth ?
I want that user can only create 3 directory levels in the deep, for example:
\data\level1\level2\
Can I start own mkdir scripts from the samba server ? Or set a limit on the 
used filesystem (ext3) ?
