When I add this line:
set ngroups_max = 32
to /etc/system on Solaris 9 and reboot, this error massage appears on the
console and messages file:
WARNING: ngroups_max of 32 > 16, NFS AUTH_SYS will not work properly
When I try to mount a filesystem from another Solaris machine I get this error:
NFS access failed for server groucho: error 1 (RPC: Can't encode arguments)
So it looks like you can't increase this kernel parameter.
