[Samba] Samba from outside problems

Hi,

This is my smb.conf

[global]
         encrypt passwords = yes
         netbios name = SOMETHING
         wins support = yes
         workgroup = SOMETHINGOFFICE

[myshare]
         path = /directory
         read only = no
         valid users = myuser
         writable = yes

I can read and write from Windows clients on my lan, but i'm trying to do 
the same from another office and I can't connect:

timeout connecting to wan.ip.address:445
timeout connecting to wan.ip.address:139

My ports are opened in my router and i'm not using any firewall, 139 
udp/tcp and 445 udp/tcp.

I'm sorry about my bad english.
