[Samba] Snap Server fails to join Samba PDC Domain

I suggest you take this up with Snap.  It certainly is expected that the
Snap Server will join a Samba domain.  

Other than that, it is probably simply a network configuration issue, so
up the log level on the Snap Server and see what winbindd is complaining
about.
