[Samba] how to post log file snippets

For everyone's benefit, please set 'debug timestamp = no' before
recording log entries to post to the list.  It make the listing smaller
and easier to read.  The only time you need to include timestamps
in the file is when you are trying to diagnosis delays or stalls
in the log.
