[Samba] BUG report: smbclient

Mark,

I dusted off my crytal ball and as I was polishing it there was a small
response. :)

Now back to your issue:

1. Is your samba server set up with "wins support = Yes"?

2. Do ALL your MS Windows clients TCP/IP configurations for WINS Address
have the IP address of your Samba server that is running per 1. above?

3. Have you checked in the wins.dat file on the samba server that ALL your
MS Windows clients have entries for:
	MACHINENAME<0x00>
	MACHINENAME<0x03>
	MACHINENAME<0x20>

If not, this is the first issue that must be resolved.

Let me know what you find here, then if necessary we can take a few more
steps together (we can do this without a crystal ball if we work at it).
