[Samba] Re: passdb not found

Hi maq,

I have seen this with RedHat 8.0 the other day

try adding users with

#] smbadduser <LINUX_USERNAME>:<WIN_USERNAME> 

whereas Linux and Win Username are usually the same...

if this did not work, I had a blank file /etc/samba/smbpasswd created
and used the above command again.
