[Samba] help for samba and ldap

Your ldap server won't just give the higly sensitive password hashes
required by samba to just anybody - samba has to login as 'manager'
(normally, but can be any user with the right permissions) to get these.

The smbpasswd -w command allows this, see the various HOWTOs for a bit
more detail.
