[Samba] redhat linux 7.3 package

Have you tried "rpmbuild --rebuild samba-2.2.4-2.src.rpm" on your RedHat 
7.3 box?

There are likely no changes in 7.3 that would prevent building a binary 
package from the src rpm that was rolled for 7.2 ;-)
