[Samba] Batch file access denied error

All,

I just installed Samba 2.2.1.a on a RH7.2 2.4.7-10 box.. Everything is
running great, except one small annoying problem.  One SOME of the Windows
98SE machines, when trying to execute a batch file that lives on a mapped
drive (to this Samba server) users are getting a 'Access Denied' error.
Permissions and all are perfect, in fact the users can open the batch for
editing and even save it.. however executing the batch does not work.

Any ideas?
