[Samba] Samba PDC and Cisco Devices

We would need a fair bit more info on what this device is attempting
before I can give you a meaninful answer.  If it is implementing
MSCHAPv2, then I could understand it dropping the connection (we don't
provide a valid session key) but thats all I can think of at the moment.
