[Samba] shares with multiple users

hey there,

   This is the first time I'm useing samba in a 3+ machine environment. I 
basicaly need to allow all machines to acsess the acounting share and
want to allow only one user to be able to modify the files. Any sugestions?
I tried useing swat to modify the share, I can now see it from all computers,
the sharename that is, but still have no acess to the share except by user 
acounting. thnx.
