you can't do this with samba2 samba3 will be able to do this.

As a workaround you can add the individual domain users to the local
power user's group.  That does suck if you add new users but there is
really no way around it in samba2...

Usually you only have to add the domain user to that person's machine so
it's not as bad as it sounds.  It's only a real problem when you have
true roaming users.
