hi list, am looking for anyone, who could help me. nmbd seems to be not running - wether at starttime, nor by hand with the commandline : nmbd -D -d 2 there appears NO process-id in ps ax. what can be the reason for that behavior ? am using RH 7.1 thanks for your helping and giving hints bye hans
