[Samba] profiles and permissions

I read the Samba 2.2 PDC FAQ about profiles but I am stilling having some
problems. After the user logs off NT 4.0 and another user logs on the new
user does not have permission to their profile and has to use the local
profile because the previous user still has a connection to the PDC. Also,
I am having trouble with permissions. I would like to edit the logon script
from my NT 4.0 workstation.
