I believe that you need a Domain Master Browser at the remote site.

I believe that w95 does not have this functionality and you will need 
either a winnt server or samba server at the remote location to provide 
this functionality.

I am not sure if the DMB can be in the "local" workgroup or if it has to 
"vendor"workgroup.

I am generally not sure if these answers are correct, but it is best of 
understanding.
