[Samba] Problem with the norwegian cahrs ø:Ø

I'm having trouble getting samba to accept the ø:Ø as valid chars.
What I don't quite understand is why it accept all other chars except ø:Ø,
I can use all the other Scandinavian signs, æ:Æ å:Å ö:Ö ä:Ä.
