[Samba] Documentation / boolean fix for oplocks = command

Absolutely sure. It didn't work at all with 'oplocks = no' (yep, we
restarted Samba). As soon as we changed it to 'oplocks = False' (and
restarted Samba) it worked flawlessly.

Stats: Samba v2.2.5, Redhat 7.2
