[Samba] Samba and connecting to Win9x/NT/2000/XP PC's

Good day/night all,
 
I am running a multi user network and setup samba to run as a domain server and wins server. The only problem is that the PC's cannot access each other, they can access the server but not each other. They all reply with the same error type: "No Logon Servers were Available". What could be causing this to happen.
