[Samba] Samba 2.2.2 on Openserver 5.0.5

I just downloaded the latest samba and used tar to extract the files. I went
to /samba-2.2.2/packaging/Caldera/OpenServer directory and read the README
file and followed the instructions. I installed the patch and it seemed to
install ok then I ran the Makevol file and got and error as follows
./Compile[40] make can not find. Also an error stating install: ERROR:
source ........ not a reqular file.
If I go to the dist directory there is no archives directory with the
appropriate VOL.000.000 file. If I change to the dist directory and run
./Install I receive and error that it can not find  the VOL.000.000 in the
archives/floppy directory. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong.
