[Samba] Strange Windows XP Problem

Are controlsets created for all users or are there 3 controlsets. What do
they do?

Look at the registry patch and apply it to all the controlsets.  On
all my installations I have controlset1 and 2 and the patch only
applied to current which hasn't been enough for me.
