[Samba] Erro while connection or restarting Samba

I am not able to connect to Samba.

I did pkgadd of the samba-2.2.2-sparc-solaris-2.8.pkg

and then rename smb.conf from the sample file.

I am new at this and when I tried connected using the Windows 2000 Machine on the same network....I am getting the following errors:

  Failed to open /usr/local/samba/private/secrets.tdb

  bind failed on port 139 socket_addr = 0.0.0.0.
  Error = Address already in use

I am also getting the following error in the log.smb file

Can any one tell me where I am going wrong?
